Course Reservation
Regatta Crew / Skipper.

Please fill in all the boxes and answer all the questions. The more information we have, the more we can help you. All information given will be treated strictly confidential, and will be only used to assess your needs to undertake this course you have requested, and will not be given to third parties. Reservation does not imply acceptance on the requested course; upon acceptance by us, we will send to you a course confirmation for signature.

Experience: the "Regatta Crew" course is for the sailor with a limited amount of experience & knowledge, and they wish to learn the basics of yacht racing in cruiser-racers.
The "Regatta Skipper" course is for the more experienced cruiser sailor or for an existing cruiser-racer yacht crew, and they wish to improve their skills & knowledge.

Physical fitness: these courses involve the lifting of moderate weights & some moderate physical effort; therefore within reason, a minimum level of physical fitness, is required.

Languages: we welcome all students / candidates of all nationalities, you need to be able to speak English or Spanish reasonably fluently, however English is the primary language and is used for all tests and exams.

Course dates: due to the specialisation of these courses, if we do not reach the minimum number of students / candidates required to safely run the requested course, we will suggest another course date for you to do the course.

Payment terms: a deposit of 50% of the course fees is payable at the time of booking, which is non-refundable, unless we cancel a course. The remaining 50% of the course fees, is payable 30 days before the course start date.

Swimming: we do accept non-swimmers on this course, but we do insist that they wear life jackets at all times both on the boat and in the port or marina.

Physical disabilities: we welcome students / candidates with physical disabilities, on the basis that we do not need any special medical knowledge or medical equipment.

Your personal expenses: we are not liable for any personal expenses such as travel costs, loss of earnings etc, for whatever reason or cause, including change of course schedules or course cancellations.

Health details: we ask these questions solely for your personal safety and in case of an medical emergency.

Course cancellation made by you: if you have to cancel your course booking, we will suggest other dates for you to do the course on, and paid course fees will be transferred to the new course, if it is done more than 30 days before the course start date. If you you do not want to or cannot do the course, or you cancel within 30 days of the course start date, you will lose your course booking deposit of 50%, or 50% of the total course fee if paid in full.

Course cancellation made by us: if we have to change a course start date due to unforseen circumstances or for safety reasons, we will suggest other course dates for you to choose from. If none of the dates are suitable, we will refund any course fees you have paid, in full.
